Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact. • Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return. • Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales may not be eligible for return unless stated otherwise. • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection. • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or store wallet within 5–7 business days after approval. • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. • Honest Marketplace reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
